IRPC Board of Directors have passed a resolution to divest 25% of the company's total paid up capital in IRPC Polyol to PCC Rokita. IRPC currently owns 99.9% of the polyol subsidiary. Trinseo has announced a secondary offering of 10,669,567 ordinary shares of the company by shareholder Bain Capital Everest Manager. Bain will receive all net proceeds from the offering, said Trinseo, adding that it is not selling any shares.
