Innospec Purchasing Huntsman's European Surfactants Business

The Woodlands— Specialty chemicals company Innospec Inc. has committed to buy Huntsman's European surfactants business for an enterprise value of $225-miliion. As part of the transaction, Innospec will acquire Huntsman's manufacturing facilities in Saint-Mihiel, France; Castiglione delle Stiviere, Italy, and Barcelona, Spain. Huntsman will retain its related account receivables and trade payables.
