Celanese Enters MoU With Push Group For Cellulose Acetate-Based Products

Dallas—Cela-neso Corp. has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Push Group to form a joint venture for the production of cellulose acetate-based specialty products, including high-quality plastics and films. Under the terms of the agreement, Push Group would contribute certain existing cellulose acetate-related assets, while Celanese would supply certain technology along with its cellulose acetate operational know-how and experience.
