Celanese Begins Production in Singapore At Jurong Island VAE Emulsions Unit

Singapore— Celanese has started production at its new vinyl acetate ethylene (VAE) emulsions unit, located at the Celanese manufacturing facility on Jurong Island, Singapore (PCN, 8 June 2015, p 2). Jacobs Engineering was responsible for the detailed engineering and design of the project, as well as major equipment and management of construction services. Capacity of the new plant was not given.
