Gresik—Elsoro Multi Pratama's caprolactam plant to be built in Gresik, East Java, Indonesia, is expected to receive tax incentives as it will help reduce the country's imports, local sources reported citing government officials. The $620-million plant, initially announced in 2006, will have the capacity to produce 120,000 t/y of caprolactam (PCN, 1 May 2006, p 2).
