Caracas—Rosneft and jBetroleos de Venezuela SA (PDVSA) have signed an engineering and construction joint venture establishment and management agreement. The new joint venture will provide engineering and construction services for petroleum and other infrastructure facilities, mainly required for the operations of the two companies other joint ventures.
