Fluor Corp.—Peter Oosterveer, formerly group president of the company's Energy & Chemicals group, has been named chief operating officer, responsible for leading the growth and development of the commercial business lines. In addition to chief operating officer, he is responsible for the integration and advancement of Fluor's direct-hire construction, fabrication and modularization capabilities.
