Hanoi—Petm-Vietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Co. (PVCFC) raised about $74-million in its 11 Dec. initial public offering at the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (PCN, 8 Dec 2014, p 2). The company successfully sold all of the approximately 129-million shares offered at a price of $0.57/share, reported Vietnam News.
