Ludwisshafen— BASF has signed a legally binding agreement with Gazprom to swap assets of equivalent value related to existing oil and gas production and gas trading and storage joint ventures. "Through the swap," BASF said it "aims to further expand its production of oil and gas and to exit the gas trading and storage business."
