Tel Aviv—Israel Corp. Ltd.'s board of directors is examining a split of the company's holdings to create value for the company and its shareholders. As planned, and if implemented, Israel Corp. will transfer its holdings in IC Power, Qoros Automotive, Zim Integrated Shipping Services, IC Green Energy and Tower Semiconductor to a new company held by Israel Corp.'s shareholders.
