El Segundo- Cereplast has decided to restructure its global operations to align the company with current market opportunities, a move that is expected to result in a $600,000 to $800,000 reduction in annual operating expenses. Effective this month, corporate headquarters will be relocated to Seymour, Indiana, and the existing headquarters in El Segundo, Calif., will be closed.
