Lukoil's Stavrolen Resumes Full Production Of Ethylene and Propylene in Budennovsk

Moscow-Lukoil's Stavrolen subsidiary has resumed full production of ethylene and propylene at its Budennovsk petrochemical complex in Russia following a mid-December 2011 fire (PCN, 2 Apr 2012, p 1). In April, Lukoil, which had expected to restart the facility by 1 Apr., said it was extending the schedule for repairing the unit and restarting production pending delivery of some equipment, installation and testing.
