Seoul—OCI Co. Ltd., in announcing its second quarter financial results, noted that it has signed an agreement with Zaokuang Group in China for a carbon black joint venture. The venture will build and operate an 80,000-t/y carbon black production unit in Zaozhuang, Shandong, China. Completion is expected by 2015.
