Dallas—The Ingleside Ethylene LLC joint venture of Occidental Chemical (OxyChem) and Mexichem has awarded a contract to CB&I for the engineering, procurement and construction of the 1.2-billion-lb/yr ethylene cracker being built at Oxy-Chem's Ingleside, Texas, facility (PCN, 4 Nov 2013, p 1).
