Monterrey— Foster Wheeler has acquired NorthAm Engineering SA, a privately held engineering company headquartered in Monterrey, Mexico. Terms were not disclosed. NorthAm, with approximately 400 employees, is one of the largest Mexican engineering and project management companies, operating in upstream, offshore and onshore, downstream and power projects.
