Odfjell Reaches Agreement to Acquire 25% Stake in Noord Natie Terminals

Antwerp— Odfjell said it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire 25% plus one share in Noord Natie Terminals BV located in Antwerp, Belgium (PCN, 12 Sept 2011, p 2). Noord Natie's existing Antwerp terminal has about 297,000 cubic meters (cu m) of capacity. "At present, plans are in place to leverage the company's excess waterfront capacity for further expansion of 155,000 cu m to bring total storage capacity to approximately 450,000 cu m in the coming years," noted Odfjell.
