Sahara and Sipchem Studying Merger

Jubail—Sahara Petrochemicals Co. and Saudi International Petrochemical Co. (Sipchem) have agreed to study a merger. Effective immediately, Sahara and Sipchem will over the next five months undertake technical, financial and regulatory studies on combining the companies.
