Nuplex Signs Agreement to Form Russian Polymers JV with KVIL

Moscow—Nuplex Resins BV has signed a memorandum of understanding with Russian resins producer KVIL to establish an equally-owned Russian polymer resins joint venture. The venture will initially be responsible for the exclusive sales and marketing of resins produced by Nuplex and KVIL. It is expected to be formed during the first quarter of this year, at which time Nuplex said it will invest ?3.5-million mainly for working capital.
