Paris—Arkema France has awarded Jacobs Engineering Group four contracts that will support the provision of Arkema's proprietary suspension and emulsion technology to polyvinyl chloride (PVC) projects in China. Under the contract, Jacobs will provide basic engineering services for new PVC production facilities in Hefei, Golmud, Etuoke Banner and Wu Lan Cha Bu, China.
