Momentive Purchases Chonburi Property To Expand Capacity for Acrylic Resins

Bangkok-Momentive Specialty Chemicals has purchased land and started construction on an acrylic-based resins facility in Chonburi, Thailand. The new plant, being built in the Pinthong Industrial Estate Park, "significantly expands" Momentive's production of these resins in the region "by tripling its capacity," the company noted. Commissioning is expected during the first half of 2013.
