Houston— DeWitt & Co., a provider of market assessments and business intelligence for the petrochemical industry, has been acquired by Argus Media Inc. for an undisclosed amount. "DeWitt is a well known and respected brand within the petrochemicals sector and a natural complement to Argus' existing strength in crude oil, refined petroleum products and liquefied petroleum gas," stated Argus Chairman and Chief Executive Adrian Binks.
