HBG Petrochemical Holdings Partners With GOIC to Promote GCC PC Sector

Doha—HBG Petrochemical Holdings and Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting (GOIC) have signed a memorandum of understanding that is intended to promote economic integration between the public and private sectors with respect to the petrochemical industry in the six Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states. GOIC, a major industrial advisory institution established by the GCC states, is mandated "to gather, assimilate, analyze and surmise industrial and socioeconomic data" from the GCC countries "with a view to promoting industrial diversification and development in the region."
