Heerlen-DSM said it has completed the acquisition of a 51% interest in AGI Corp. of Taiwan, a producer of environmentally friendly ultraviolet curable resins and other products used in coatings for paper, wood, plastic and other applications (PCN, 13 Dec 2010, p 3). The transaction was completed through a subscription for new shares to be issued, combined with a public tender offer for existing shares for about ?41-million in total.
