UOP's Oleflex Technology Selected For New Chinese Propylene Plant

Shaoxing-UOP says Zhejiang Shaoxing Sanjin Petrochemical Co. has selected Honeywell's UOP Oleflex technology for a new propylene plant in China.A new propane dehydrogenation unit to be built at Zhejiang's site in Shaoxing City will use the C3 Oleflex process to produce 450,000 t/y of propylene.
