摘要

Moperations company Minopex's human resource (HR) manager, Elize van Geert, tells Mining Weekly that the company works closely with Sector Education and Training Authority the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) to train and develop skills that can be used in the mining industry. She says that this is important in countering the effects of the shortage of skilled personnel needed by the mining industry, such as instrumentation artisans, government-certified engineers, technicians and metallurgists.
