Vanguard Offloads Oklahoma Assets

Vanguard Natural Resources has reached a deal to sell its assets in the growing Scoop and Stack plays in Oklahoma's Anadarko Basin, with an eye toward paying down borrowings on its credit facility. The Houston-based master limited partnership (MLP) said it reached a deal with Titanium Exploration Partners to offload the assets for $280 million. Titanium is a Dallas-based investment firm focused on the acquisition of non-operated oil and gas assets (OD May26'15).
