The former leader of President Dilma Rousseff's Workers Party in Brazil's Senate has agreed a plea-bargain deal that would appear to implicate Rousseff in the Petrobras bribes scandal, according to local media reports. Former senator Delcidio Amaral was arrested in November and charged with obstruction of justice (OD Nov.26'15).
