Gazprom Neft Outlines Arctic Output Goal

Russia's Gazprom Neft said Monday that it has almost doubled crude production from the Prirazlomnoye oil field in the Arctic Pechora Sea, Russia's sole Arctic offshore development, and is targeting higher output in 2016.
