EnLink Offloads Barnett Shale Assets

EnLink Midstream Partners is selling a package of noncore assets for $275 million. The divestments include a 31% interest in Howard Energy Partners (HEP) and a 140-mile natural gas transportation pipeline in the Barnett Shale of North Texas. The company said proceeds would be used to fund part of its 2017 capital program and an installment payment related to the acquisition of certain Tall Oak Midstream assets in the Stack play of Oklahoma.
