After more than nine hours of heated debate, a special congressional commission has given the green light to move forward with the impeachment of embattled Brazil President Dilma Rousseff. Rousseff is accused of manipulating government accounts in order to plug budgetary holes, something considered a "crime of responsibility" in Brazil. The process will now move to the floor of the country's lower house, the Chamber of Deputies, where it will be discussed Friday before a vote on Sunday.
