Lithuania's LNG terminal operator has contracted a German-Czech consortium to build an LNG reloading station that is seen as key to utilize terminal capacity and expand into niche markets. Klaipedos Nafta, the state-controlled terminal operator, has contracted Germany's PPS Pipeline Systems and Czech Republic's Chart Ferox for the ?27.7 million ($30 million) project, which will include five 1,000 cubic meter bulk tanks and two loading areas in the port of Klaipeda on the Baltic Sea.
