Russian crude supplies to Europe via the Druzhba pipeline were flowing at half their usual volumes on Monday as a result of an oil spill in Belarus. According to Russian national pipeline operator Transneft, the accident happened late Saturday and shipments were stopped for about three hours via both the northern leg of Druzhba running via Ukraine to the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, as well as via the northern leg to Belarus, Poland and Germany.
