Williams Keeps Focus on Pipelines

Williams may be embroiled in litigation with Energy Transfer at the corporate level, but the company still has its eyes on building pipelines, even if that also entails filing a lawsuit when necessary. Williams Partners, its MLP midstream affiliate, has initiated a binding open season through Jun. 9 for the proposed Northeast Supply Enhancement (NSE) project, an expansion on the firm's Transco pipeline system.
