The world's largest crude oil exporter, Saudi Arabia, has said it is ready to step up supplies to China, even as the global surplus of crude oil continues to expand and the growth of Chinese demand for refined products has started to slow. Saudi Arabia's oil minister Ali Naimi met with Chinese officials in Beijing, including Nur Bekri, the head of the National Energy Administration, to discuss the kingdom's willingness to meet any additional Chinese demand for crude, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Monday.
