The decline in US crude oil production picked up speed again in June, falling nearly 200,000 barrels per day as low oil prices continue to depress upstream activity in domestic shale plays. The latest data from the US Energy Information Administration (EIA) show that crude oil production fell from 8.894 million b/d in May to 8.701 million b/d in June.
