Appalachian Basin natural gas producer EQT said it has priced an offering of 6.5 million shares of its common stock at $58.50 per share, which would generate gross proceeds of about $380 million. The Pittsburgh-based company said it had also granted underwriter Goldman Sachs an option to purchase an additional 975,000 shares. If the option is exercised it would raise gross proceeds to around $440 million.
