Alliance Gas Pipeline to Restart Soon

Alliance Pipeline said it will resume service on its mainline gas pipeline system beginning with linepack fill on Wednesday. The Calgary - based company expects to lift the force majeure and resume full contract firm service on Thursday. Flaring operations at mainline block valve sites near Arcola and the Alameda compressor station in southeastern Saskatchewan have progressed well, Alliance said on Tuesday. It expects flaring to be completed on Wednesday.
