Husky's Downstream Business Offsets Upstream Pain

Canada's Husky Energy says it is reaping the benefits of a cost-cutting program it launched back in 2010 that has enabled it to realize savings of around C$575 million ($445 million) this year. It adds that the program has delivered total cost savings of C$1.3 billion over the past five years.
