Spanish Repsol has agreed to sell its 10% stake in Compania Logistica de Hidrocarburos (CLH), an oil product transportation and storage company, to investment firm Ardian for ?325 million ($364 million). The sale is part of Repsol's plan to divest non - strategic assets following its $12.9 billion takeover of Talisman Energy earlier in the year ( OD May1'15 ).
