West Texas producer RSP Permian said that its lenders have increased its borrowing base by 20% to $600 million. "We are pleased to announce that the continued success of our drilling program and our acquisitions have led to an increase in our borrowing base despite the decline in oil prices," said Chief Executive Steve Gray.
