Brent Closes Below $100, Some See Fall to Low $90s

North Sea Brent crude futures closed below $100 Tuesday, falling below a significant technical and psychological level which some analysts see opening a path to prices in the low $90s. Brent last closed below $100 in April 2013, and it has already run up a significant loss after falling from around $114 in June of this year.
