Reliance Industries, India's largest private refiner, will invest 1.5 trillion rupees ($26.4 billion) over the next three years as it seeks to scale up its various business verticals, Chairman Mukesh Ambani said at an annual shareholders meeting on Thursday. "Reliance has embarked on the largest investment program in its history," Ambani said in his speech. "Reliance is making significant investments in all five businesses simultaneously -- exploration and production, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals, retail and 4G (fourthgeneration telecom)."
