Goodrich Petroleum said it has reached an agreement to acquire a 66.7% working interest in producing assets in the emerging Tuscaloosa Marine Shale (TMS) in Louisiana and Mississippi from an undisclosed seller for $26.7 million. The deal comprises roughly 277,000 gross acres (185,000 net) in the oil-prone play with associated gross oil production of around 750 barrels per day as of Mar. 1.
