Black Ridge Buys Williston Acreage

Black Ridge Oil & Gas has made a deal with a private party to acquire producing oil and natural gas wells and development acreage in the Williston Basin for $20.5 million. Black Ridge Chief Executive Ken DeCubellis said the deal includes 2,046 net acres in North Dakota: 741 in Dunn County; and 1,305 net acres in Golden Valley. He said the Dunn County acres are being held by production while the ones in Golden Valley County are currently undeveloped, but with leases that won't expire until 2019.
