Midstream firm Phillips 66 has said it is holding an open season for a pipeline that will carry refined products across the Houston Ship Channel, connecting shippers with other pipeline systems that run to inland markets. The proposed pipeline for gasoline, diesel and jet fuel would run from the south bank of the channel to Galena Park, Texas, where it will connect with pipelines operated by other companies.
