Enterprise Product Partners and EnergyTransfer Partners (ETP) announced Wednes-day the start of a binding open commitmentperiod for available capacity for the DoubleE pipeline, which would transport up to450,000 b/d of crude from the storage hubat Cushing, Oklahoma, to Houston. The Double E, a joint-venture betweenthe two firms with Enterprise as the opera-tor, will run for 584-miles, with roughly 230miles of the pipeline already in place as anatural gas pipeline that will be convertedto transport crude.
