Sinochem Ties Up Brazil Deal

China’s Sinochem has formally concluded its acquisition of a 40% stake in the Peregrino field offshore Brazil. Norwegian operator Statoil said on Friday that all contracts and approvals from both the Chinese and Brazilian authorities closed on Thursday.
