McDermott Wins Petrobras Work

Engineering and construction firm McDermott said it has been awarded a five year contract by Petrobras for work offshore Brazil. Financial terms were not disclosed. Under the agreement, Petrobras will use McDermott's vessel, Agile, to install subsea flexible pipelines and umbilicals in up to 2,000 meters of water. The company will also provide subsea installation engineering for the duration of the contract.
