Petroceltic in talks to secure Isarene appraisal licence

LONDON-listed Petroceltic is in talks with Algeria's state-owned oil company Sonatrach about securing an appraisal licence for its Isarene block in the country's Illizi basin after carrying out a successful flow test on its Issaouane North West-2 probe, writes Iain Esau.
