Metinvest iron ore mines raise pellet output in 4M

Most Ukrainian mining companies raised iron ore pellet production in January-April 2012. Poltava Mining, the core asset of the London-listed Ferrexpo pic, raised commercial pellet production 1.2% year-on-year to 3.085 million tonnes. Concentrate production grew 4.2% to 3.773 million tonnes, an industry source told Interfax.
